Jerry began his career in the hospitality industry in the late 1980s when he joined Holiday Inn Worldwide. He specialized in sales and worked with owners, property GMs, and designers to provide them with the best furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet their needs. Over the next two decades, Jerry worked with several hospitality procurement companies, eventually starting his own business, Osborne+Associates, in 2006. He grew the business to include financing, leasing, and renovations. He also worked with hotel brokers for the past 15 years to assist with PIP costs, property values, and helping to bring buyers and sellers together., In 2023, Jerry obtained his Real Estate license and joined Marcus & Millichaps brokerage firm. Jerrys extensive experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry has been invaluable to his success. The obvious next step for Jerry is networking his many years of hospitality experience in bringing buyers and sellers together.
