He could explain the process of getting a mortgage to a first time home buyer. He also said to me "You played the game and lost." After telling me the rate went up almost one percent point. Very unprofessional
Quick and painless with open communication from both sides.
The finance team was patient when it came to explaining what I needed to furnished in order to make the process go as smooth as possible.
