With a diverse background, Mr.Baker offers invaluable legal and business counsel to numerous smallto medium-sized enterprises, drawing from his experience as bothin-house legal counsel and outside general counsel.Among his notableaccomplishments, Mr. Baker has orchestrated significant deals,including negotiating and establishing a multimillion-dollar jointventure investment fund, facilitating a private equity client'sacquisition of over $30 million in real estate assets, andspearheading the negotiation and drafting of a $60 million-dollarcommercial real estate development venture in Denver.Mr. Baker'sadvisory services encompass governance, management, and operation ofprivately held investment ventures, regulatory/compliance review,drafting corporate governance documents and board books, businessformation and partnership agreements, commercial loan agreements, andresolution of contractual disputes. Furthermore, he offers experiencein real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements,residential and commercial leases, and real estate title and duediligence review.
