Jeramie is also a licensed Commercial/Industrial/Residential General Contractor, as well as an owner of a residential land development company. Jeramie's main focus is building businesses, Real Estate brokerage & sales and land development. Jeramie also conducts various training and coaching classes to teach business owners and realtors how to achieve thier full potential.
