    Called several times to try to speak with someone and make an appointment. Only for someone to finally pick up the phone and hang up before a greeting. Dentist has lovely reviews so it’s a shame I can’t make an appointment.

    As a new patient I think they were very unreasonable when it came to canceling an appt. my daughter was sick and I couldn’t make it, instead of understanding the situation specially when I’m paying everything out pocket and didn’t budge a penny...
