Jennifer Viano is a force to be reckoned with in the Real Estate realm. She has been a REALTOR(r) since 2015, but previous experience in management and consumer relations means she is able to handle anything a purchase or sale transaction can throw her way. In 2022 Jennifer started her own brokerage Town Center Realty based in Downtown Joliet, a long time dream come true. Since starting her Real Estate career, Jen has earned the title Designated Managing BROKER(r), Real Estate Instructor as well as the designations of E-Pro, PSA, and Short Sale /Foreclosure Resource. She has also been a part of the Three Rivers Association of Realtor's Leadership Development Training and is on her second term serving as a director on the board of directors. She lives up to her motto of "Always Keep Learning". Personally, Jennifer's heart is rooted in her family. Her father has been such an inspiration from teaching her how to race and ride dirt bikes as a child, to showing her the value of entrepreneurship and hard work over the past 25+ years of owning his own business. Her mother now enjoying retirement spent her career continually learning and teaching others in a male dominated industry teaching Jen that no boundaries can stop a woman from succeeding. She loves that the career path she has taken will allow her 2 children to also learn these values. When not selling houses, mentoring new agents, or putting out transaction fires, Jen can be found on her boat with her family or being a master bartender/mixologist for her friends.
