Jen is a fifth-generation Portland native, a third-generation Realtor, and, over the years, has lived in all quadrants of the city. Needless to say, she's a true local with the inside scoop on Portland and its history. Jen grew up helping her father with his commercial apartment exchange business and has owned various investment properties here locally and one in Bend, OR. Her decision to become a Realtor came naturally, and she began her career in 2003. With a majority of her clients coming through referrals, we'd say she's doing things right! The parts of the business that excite her most are negotiating, problem-solving, and educating clients to keep them two steps ahead of the game. Jen was supervising Broker at Meadows Group Inc., Realtors in 2020 and is currently a Principal Broker at Neighbors Realty. She spends some of her professional time as a member of the Oregon Realtors Diversity Committee & OAR Business Issues Committee, as well as the Grievance Committee that handles ethics complaints through the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors. She is passionate about the city's history as well as where its future lies. She stays active in the community and is currently a member of REPAIR (Real Estate Professionals Against Institutionalized Racism), and sits on the board for the non-profit Vanport Mosaic. Jen currently lives in Northeast Portland with her husband and daughter and dogs Ollie & Henry. In her off time, she loves spending time with her family, playing volleyball, exploring new places inside & outside of the city, reading biographies, and studying Portland history. Jen is a University of Oregon graduate and studied abroad in Germany.
