Rhonda Cudeback partners with real estate agent Jennifer Davis. Together they provide their clients with great attitude, skill and with twice the energy, time and knowledge of any one agent. Rhonda has lived in Long Beach over 30 years and is married to a wonderful husband, Jon. They just celebrated their 22nd year wedding anniversary. Together they are raising two fabulous kids: Zachary (25) and Connor (19). Rhonda is an active member of her church and enjoys water skiing, biking, yoga and snow skiing with family and friends. Her main priority is client satisfaction; this was reinforced by her many years as a top sales person at Nordstrom, South Coast Plaza and years of management with the Rusty Pelican. Rhonda graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Business Marketing. Jennifer has lived in Long Beach for over 29 years. She is married to an incredible husband, John and they just celebrated their 24th year anniversary. Together they are raising two amazing kids: Delaney (22) and Miller (17). Jennifer's marketing and sales experience is extensive, as she has held many leadership positions in businesses throughout Long Beach. She has been the Executive Director of the Belmont Shore Business Association and Development Director of Westerly School of Long Beach. Jennifer is an active member of her church and also enjoys all water sports, skiing, camping and running. She has completed the Avon 3-Day Walk and the AIDS Marathon training program. She has completed three marathons and eleven half marathons. Jennifer attended Cal State Long Beach and pursued a degree in Political Science and Speech Communication. Together Rhonda and Jennifer have been blessed by working with clients that soon become their friends. Friendship is the result of putting other people's needs before your own, treating people honestly, ethically and kindly. It stems from taking care of people and serving them well.
