Before selling real estate I leased apartments and waited tables! Those two jobs in my early adult life, led me to the love of serving people and property management. Real estate fell into my lap in my early 20's. Looking back I realize now that the road was paved for me to be a Realtor YEARS before I actually pursued a license. I love everything from listings and showings to the continuing education and I even welcome challenging situations! I especially love that every single transaction is different. Each person has a different motivation or need for buying, selling or investing in real estate. Realtors get to work with people at their unique life stages. Sometimes it's a first time buyer, excited to get the keys. Sometimes a couple downsizing as new empty nesters or newly retired or an investor brand new to investing. What an honor it is for me to work through the good and hard seasons of moving on or forward with my clients! My hope is to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible for my buyers and sellers! Almost always the hardest part of buying or selling real estate is just figuring out where to start? It can seem VERY overwhelming. But it doesn't need to be.
