With a wide-ranging career background that includes the health care and restaurant industries and owning a preschool business, Jen Oliver brings a diverse skillset to her new career in real estate. Born and raised in the Central Florida community of Eustis, she and her family lived in Fort Collins, CO, for nearly 20 years before relocating to Bradenton in August 2020. Jen loves her new home's ideal location to I-75 and all the area offers, including Sarasota, Anna Maria Island and Tampa. Proactive and efficient, Jen is committed to providing customers with a successful real estate experience through timely interactions, extensive market knowledge, listening to and understanding their needs, and adapting to changing conditions. She enjoys meeting new people and understands the importance of cultivating lasting relationships, drawing on the positive experience she had with her own real estate agent. Jen and her husband, Scott, an industrial automation engineer who works from home, enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding on Ward Lake near their home as well as relaxing and dining at Rod and Reel Pier and savoring gorgeous sunsets at Bean Point Beach, both at the northern end of Anna Maria Island. Jen also relishes spending time with her family, including an adult son and daughter who live out of state and two teenaged daughters.
