Mr. Yarbrough handles all phases of litigation from conception through trial, and has represented clients through the state courts in both Northern and Southern California. He has also represented clients in Federal Court and is admitted to practice before all of the U.S. District Courts in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Yarbrough was an associate of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP from September 2006 until March 2008. Previously he was for seven years a senior associate at Bannan, Green, Frank & Terzian LLP, where he also clerked. While still in law school, Mr. Yarbrough was a judicial extern to the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Mr. Yarbrough has represented companies such as Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC; Unum Provident; Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co.; Jefferson Pilot Financial; The Fairchild Corporation, First American Home Buyers Protection; ITT Industries; BP America, Inc.; Plastic Express; and the California cities of Los Angeles, Hawthorne, Long Beach, Riverside and Port Hueneme. He is also General Counsel for , Inc. Mr. Yarbrough is also an instructor at the University of Phoenix where he teaches classes in business law and human resources. As a mediator, Mr. Yarbrough resolves business, contract, real estate and employment disputes. His style is facilitative and evaluative.
