Originally from the East Coast of Florida, Jeff served 6 proud years in the US Coast Guard, where he was stationed in Cape May, New Jersey. After meeting his wife, Jacque, a Jersey native, they soon made the decision to return to the sunshine state, this time to the West coast, where beautiful Southwest Florida became their home. Jeff began his career path in sales selling a wide array of products from Kreepy Krauly vacuum cleaners to pet products. Once he joined the real estate industry, he quickly realized this was his passion. As fate would have it, Jeff met and partnered with Gary Aubuchon in 1999 to initiate a real estate company - and Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group was born. This would become the 2nd of 5 companies under the umbrella of the Aubuchon Team of Companies. Through an extreme amount of hard work, and many ups and downs, this once small real estate company has evolved into one of the top independent firms in SW Florida. Now with more than 100 real estate agents, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group is currently the #1 independent firm in Cape Coral, and #3 in Lee County. A visionary leader, Jeff has led this firm to amazing levels of success which includes a Property Management/Rental division, a Commercial division, a cutting-edge Real Estate and Model Home Center, a recent expansion of 2 additional real estate offices in the Bonita/Estero area, and the latest division, a Miloff Aubuchon Agent Referral Network. With more than 25 years experience in real estate, Jeff's influence has led this firm to achieve more than $2 billion dollars in sales. As a successful realtor, Jeff's clients count on his unique insight into the industry. Perhaps that's why his business includes so many referrals from grateful clients who return to him over and over with all their real estate needs. He is also a partner in 2 other divisions under the Aubuchon Team of Companies: Omni One Title Services, and Sterling Collection, a home building division. His contributions and willingness to take risks has enabled this enterprise to weather the downturns in the market and come back even stronger. His passion to give back to the community is reflected in his leadership of many charitable events for area organizations including poker tournaments, fishing tournaments, and serving on several non-profit Boards throughout the years. Jeff is an optimist, continually setting goals and pushing himself to improve, personally and professionally. His motto, "Work Hard, Play hard" means you will find him working out in the early morning hours with a personal trainer at the local gym, before putting in an 10-12 hour day. It also means he can be found fishing, boating to nearby beaches, or spending time with his friends, family, and his loyal dog, Buddy.
