Helping others has always been an integral part of who I am – regardless of who, where or how. The first job I accepted in the "real world" was general manager of my favorite college-town bar. I chose that role because I recognized that I had an innate inner drive to take care of anyone who walked through the doors. It was that local dive bar in Athens, Georgia, where I learned that my "why" was simple: I loved to serve people. After three years in the hospitality industry, I transitioned into the finance industry as an elite client relationship manager at Morgan Stanley. The "who," the "where," and the "how" changed, but my "why" never wavered.After two years as a broker at one of the largest firms in the world, I knew that I could make a career of helping people with their finances, but I wanted to do it elsewhere. I chose Edward Jones because of the culture and environment they create for their clients and their employees, and I firmly believe that the amount of personalized care and attention that is given to every individual is unsurpassed and unmatched in the financial field. Through my life experiences, I know that I am in the right place, and Edward Jones has given me all the tools and support to make a real difference.Now that I am back in the area I grew up in, I am doing anything I can to make an impact in the lives of the families in my community. Outside of the office, I still love to serve.
