i have been in the mortgage business for over 21 years and have owned The Preferred Group since 2006. In that time I have closed over 4000 loans , from purchases to refinances , to equity loans. I treat each client as if they were a family member and as a mortgage broker I can shop around for them with the many end lenders I work with , to find them the best deal rate wise and closing cost wise. over 65% of my current business is from referrals and past clients , due to the way I try and treat my clients with respect and understanding. through the years I have gained the knowledge of if treat customers fair the first time they will come back to you in plenty. I have clients that I have closed in 1995 and again in 2013 and or their children's loans. I want to be known as their "mortgage guy" , so if they ever need or hear of someone who needs a mortgage they call me first.
