Jeffrey Silvia is an attorney with extensive trial experience both in civil and criminal cases and State and Federal Courts. His Jury Trial results include large verdicts in Civil Cases (i.e. $6,000,000.00 Civil Jury award for a client with paraplegia) and acquittals in Criminal Cases including clients charged with first degree murder. He has tried numerous murder trails to verdict and is Death Penalty Qualified. He has also obtained multiple million-dollar civil settlements. Mr. Silvia obtained his Under Graduate Degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 1981. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from University of San Francisco, in December of 1984.
