closing was on time Jeff was very helpful in giving me the options on loans
Good competitive rates and effecient handling by Mr Jeff Wood. However, too many documents required by the underwriters. Some were duplicate requests snd some unnecessary.
They helped us so much, enabling us to move into our new house in December we are truly greteful,
I experienced several unexpected delays with very little communication about why they were occurring or how I could help move the process along.
Applying for a HELOC had a lot of steps, and we iterated as we went along. Jeff was always helpful, answered questions, and masterful at explaining what was what. And, with us every step of the way.
Jeff kept us informed throughout the process and promptly returned all calls. And he was pleasant at all times.

Whether you are buying that first home, refinancing, or purchasing an investment property, it still can be a rather complicated decision regarding your financing. I offer you choices on what programs best fit your needs and assist you in making an educated decision regarding one of your largest investments. I have enjoyed working for HomeStreet Bank since 2001, qualifying for our President's Club every year. I have worked with all aspects of lending and with a number of non-profit organizations in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap that make down payment assistance or lower than market interest rates available to first-time homebuyers.
