No pressure to take a loan more than we wanted. The explainer video with the mortgage info was amazing. Communicated with the other people effectively (realtor, title company)

My loan officer was willing to communicate even after bankers hours to clarify a question I had with the paperwork. Not ideal for him but made things easier for my wife and I on our first house purchase.
