A lifelong Seattle area resident, I graduating in 1978 from Inglemoor High School and Seattle University in 1982 with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. My first employment was in the sporting goods industry with Olympic Sports Center. During college, I became the Promotions Director and Comptroller of Seafair, Seattle's summer festival. In 1984, I entered the real estate business with a specialty in condominium marketing and recreational real estate. During my 35 year career, I have developed 17 award-winning resort condominium communities throughout the Western U.S. During the late 1980's I also served on the Governor's board to revise the condominium laws for the State of Washington. In addition to resort development, I served as Senior Vice Presidednt of Trendwest Resorts, Inc. Since 2005 I have focused on serving my residential real estate clients and developed a comprehensive corporate employee benefit program for Boeing employees as well as other corporate and municipal organizations called HOME ADVANTAGE. In addition to serving larger corporate employees, I developed a non-profit benefits program called LIFESTYLE ADVANCE to serve the small to medium sized corporate employees by providing financial and health wellness, living green and real estate and mortgage benefits. I have received many awards through REMAX and have been voted each year since 2005 as "Best in Client Satisfaction" by Seattle Magazine. Married to Joanne Warner since 2008. My favorite recreational activities include travel, cycling, downhill skiing, tennis, Maserati sports cars and sailing. Over the years, I have been involved in the development of apartments, office buildings, residential condominiums and self-storage facilities in the Puget Sound region. My passion is real estate and my focus is assisting my valued clients in finding the right home or selling their home using advanced marketing skills. I am patient and work at your pace, not mine.
