Jeff Lawson joined Keller Williams Realty during the turbulent times of real estate in the last quarter of 2006. During this time, he worked on major development projects that had not come to fruition due to the market crash. In January of 2009, he decided to go back to where his real estate career began, working on residential real estate. He became an expert in distressed sales after reading the book "Shift" by Gary Keller, providing him with the mindset to really build a real estate business the right way given the difficult market conditions.With 1 listing in January of 2009, he rebuilt his business one transaction and one client at a time. Starting over in a business that had seen tremendous ups and downs was the healthiest thing to ever happen to him. He became laser focused on building strategic investment, banking, legal and finance relationships as his core network.
