My name is Kuoliang Chao, a.k.a. Jeff Chao, and I'm originally from Taiwan. In May of 1991, I got my Masters degree in Chemistry at Texas A&M University (was East Texas State University) I moved to San Jose, California after I graduated from school, and for over 25 years I worked for an IT Company in Silicon Valley as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Then I moved to Roseville, California in November of 2017 and worked for Home Care Agency as a Certified caregiver for 7 years. In July of 2023, I passed my Cal DRE exam on my first try and got my Real Estate License. I joined PCAR as a Realtor and worked with Lyon Real Estate, named the #1 Favorite Real Estate Company by the Sacramento Bee.
