I am a native Floridian, born in Daytona Beach, and have been a licensed Realtor and Broker serving the Central Florida marketincluding Orlando, Tampa, and the coastal regionsfor over 32 years. I began my real estate career in 1994 as a residential sales associate with Huskey Realty in Longwood, Florida. Over the years, I have worked with several large brokerages across the state, gaining extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. From 2003 to 2005, I served as a National Sales Manager for Ocwen Federal Bank, where I specialized in the disposition of REO and VA properties, including both commercial and residential assets. In 2004, I became an independent broker-owner and have continued operating in both sectors, with a primary focus on residential sales, acquisitions, and commercial site acquisitions. I take pride in my deep knowledge of the Central Florida marketplace and my commitment to professionalism and ethics.
