    Every request takes a lifetime to get an answer on. I shouldn't have to hound someone to get answers on policy questions. The last requests to them took 11 days to get a response. We have never filed a claim, and rarely need anything at all,...

    Pros:Girls in the office are nice. Can be very helpful, at times.
