About
Technology is a tool, like a well-worn hammer. Good people know when to swing it, how hard, at which nail. Good people know that sometimes, you need to leave the hammer at home. Broker Doug Crawley was born in Ranger, Texas, graduating high school here, earning his bachelor of science business degree from Stephenville's Tarleton State University. He excelled during a 35 year management career with the U.S. Postal Service, spearheading playmaking finance, examination and audit projects over several locations. Doug returned to his ancestral Eastland County to live in 1983, becoming active in ranching, civic activities and other business enterprises. There's something you should know about Doug, about Doug's family. They came to the Eastland County area in the 1880s. Being farmers and ranchers, the Crawleys formed a bond with this land, with its people. Those people became friends, colleagues - family. Doug is a board member for First Financial - Eastland, Ranger College Board Chairman, serves on the First Methodist Finance Committee, is a past-president of the Ranger Independent School District, a member of the Ranger Economic Development Corp, and a 20 year Lion's Club veteran. Doug's been married 42 years to Sissy Crawley, his college sweetheart, raised just south of Gordon in Palo Pinto County. They raised three daughters together (two Red Raiders and one Aggie). Doug serves on the Eastland County Farm Bureau board, bringing his decades-long agribusiness experience to the service of his neighbors. Land has been at the core of the Crawley story for over 130 years. After working with one of the most respected names in the local real estate industry, Doug went out on his own and opened Ranger Realty. Let's be honest. Every real estate operation has its unique strengths and weaknesses. Doug knows this area, knows the people who live here. Ask him about Eastland, Stephens or Palo Pinto Counties and you'll likely get your answer. Once he knows your specific real estate needs, if it's here, he'll find it for you. Or if you're looking to sell your own property, he'll likely know what's been going on around you. What's likely to happen next. He'll represent you with loyalty, hard work, good information and "from here+professionalism. Ranger Realty is more than a sign in the yard, a listing on some computer. Ranger Realty knows that land is a mythical part of Texas, a force of nature in our state like nowhere else. We are committed to that land, to that history. Give us a chance to represent your interests, to loyally help you turn your goals into the next vibrant chapter of Texas history. Ranger Realty Our Roots Run Deep www.GoRangerRealty.com
