I am the Designated Broker for my family owned real estate office which is licensed in both Washington and Idaho. I also hold certifications as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Plus, I maintain a Certified Public Accounting License (CPA). I was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up surfing and attending Long Beach State University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Getting married to my lovely wife, Ada, in 1980 was and is the best thing that ever happened to me. Together, we I thought I would never leave South California but it just seemed to get too crowded. At that point Ada and I looked for a lifestyle change and fell in love with the Inland Northwest when we traveled to Spokane in 1993. So we moved to Spokane Washington in 1994. The Inland Northwest people, environment, recreation and the great outdoors in my opinion are the best. The Inland Northwest has 3.6 million visitors a year so I guess we are not alone.
