JC Griffin, Sr. is a Vice President in Transwestern's Midwest Capital Markets & Asset Strategies Group, where he leads private market investor sourcing, deal origination, transaction management and structured finance capitalization for the execution of commercial real estate development and investment sales transactions. In this capacity, he is also responsible for the diligent acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of opportunistic, alternative, urban core and core plus assets throughout the Midwest region on behalf private and institutional clients.
