Jazmine Gordon is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. Ms. Gordon focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in a wide range of complex financing transactions, with an emphasis on asset-based lending. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Gordon was an attorney at a national law firm in its Los Angeles office, where she focused primarily on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and corporate finance transactions. While in law school, Ms. Gordon served as an articles editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jesus G.
