Consistent communication on the buyers loan status and timeline, even though I was representing the seller. I can see that it took a lot of follow up off the buyer's agent hands so she could focus on other activities snd clients.

Jay was always available when i I asked questions. I know im sure I asked the same questions more than once but Jay was very patient and able to answer all my concerns .
The over all help through the entire process no matter what was wrong there was never a problem

don't necessarily think it was the fault of Jay or cross-country, nevertheless, it was not my best experience. Closing had to get pushed out further than anticipated. I hassle to get my job related items taken care of, but it didn't help move...

Jay is on top of everything and was available to answer questions as they came up. Electronic signing process made everything quicker.
