Jay helped us with a co-op loan which is not a common thing in this market. He was responsive and helpful the whole way and Rachel from him team was the same - a very organised team!

Consistent communication on the buyers loan status and timeline, even though I was representing the seller. I can see that it took a lot of follow up off the buyer's agent hands so she could focus on other activities snd clients.
