My dad owned Realty One back in the '70s. It may not have been this Realty ONE, but it is still serendipitous that I am now a real estate broker with Realty ONE. By all accounts, he was a good man and a great real estate broker. He seemed to know and like everyone in town. And he loved helping people find the home or land of their dreams. He set a very high bar for me to live up to, but I am committed to providing the same high level of customer service with the same amount of joy and enthusiasm that he did. I have over 25 years of experience working with land and water transactions and management. As a life-long professional land and water conservationist, I have worked with a variety of mechanisms such as purchases, leases, easements, licenses, contracts for services, and memorandums of agreement, among others to obtain ownership and management rights. This diverse set of experiences will help me understand the diverse needs of buyers and sellers as well as the diverse circumstances of each home or land purchase. I am deeply committed to applying my experiences and taking the time necessary to understand the dreams, circumstances, and constraints of buyers and sellers and I look forward to the opportunity to do so. - U.S. military veteran (2x VA loan recipient) - Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Burundi '91-'93) - Equity trained (and continuing to learn) - Parle francias - 2x Ironman Triathlon finisher - 3x marathon finisher - 3x Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion
