Jay has lived in the Northwest area of the Twin Cities for the past 25 years. Growing up in the area has given him the knowledge, and added expertise for the clients he fully serves. Prior to working in real estate he worked in manufacturing specializing in inspection and quality control. After many years in the manufacturing industry he transitioned into a leasing agent for a property management company, where he soon found that helping buyers and sellers was where his passion reigned. Today Jay has 10 years experience in real estate, and continues to grow his focus on the client experience.He loves working with clients to help them achieve the dream of home ownership or to move on to another dream home. He loves seeing the happy faces on people on closing day. He shows pride in his work by going above and beyond what the customer expects and is always looking to improve his customer service experience. He has built raving fans, maintained lasting relationships, lifestyle homes, and has maintained lasting relationships with all. In his spare time Jay enjoys spending time with his two daughters, friend and family. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, volleyball, softball, Taekwondo and Muay Thai Kickboxing, which have helped him throughout his life. He loves adventure and is constantly moving toward growth and accomplishing all of his goals.
