Hi! My name is Jason Richards and I am very proud to be an owning partner in The Real Estate Center of Spearfish! I am currently in my 17th year of selling real estate and I have closed on over 475 properties worth over 122 million. Personally, I have enjoyed the beautiful Black Hills my entire life, whether is is a weekend of snowmobiling, riding or biking thought the Hills, camping, fishing, golfing, or just plain living in the Hills.I am also very happy to be raising my family here. I have a daughter, Dillan, who is 18 years old, and a son, Rylan, who is 16 years old. As if they aren't enough to keep us busy, my wife Lindsey owns and operates a local Spearfish business called Alpine Impressions, where she does custom screen printing and embroidery for many other local businesses.
