Jason began investing and flipping real estate in 2001. The success he had and with a keen investment eye and ultimately motivated him to become a licensed agent. Jason enjoys the analytical side of the business and spends time studying Cromford Report statistics and how they relate to the sale or purchase of a property. He is interested in the market trends and looks at all sides of an opportunity in order to best prepare a client to make an informed decision. Jason has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is a tried and true Duck fan. Jason's background was in the Tennis Resort / Club industry where he managed a 5-Star tennis resort in Hawaii as well as a local Tennis Club in Scottsdale and owned Metz Tennis which was the largest tennis academy in the Western United States during its time. Jason is a true outdoors-man and after his college tennis career Jason played professionally for many years. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children fly fishing, hiking, biking and exploring different parts of the Western United States.
