Jason was born and raised on a fourth generation family farm in central Delaware. During the cold and windy Mid Atlantic region winters, his family would pack up and make the escape from the farm and head south to the sunny tropical paradise of Southwest Florida. Jason's family would always look forward to the trip, enjoying all of the Florida pleasures- boating, fishing, golfing, walking the famous white sand beaches, and exploring local restaurants. After marrying is college sweetheart who grew up in Florida, Jason and his wife Kelly, a Naples nurse practitioner, decided to make the full time move to paradise. They quickly and happily settled in to the Southwest Florida lifestyle and have not looked back since. Jason has enjoyed working in several healthcare leadership level and strategic consultant roles for over 18 years. With this strong business experience, the farming operation background, and local real estate knowledge, Jason is able to apply his business acumen when helping others purchase and sell their own properties. He is passionate about real estate in Southwest Florida because his family loves living in the area so much. They chose this as the place to raise their two daughters. When he's not helping clients find the perfect home, he can be found supporting his daughter's tennis, piano, gymnastics, soccer, and the other activities that little girls like to do. He and Kelly also enjoy playing soccer together in several local coed adult soccer leagues. They both played college soccer in North Carolina and originally met on the soccer field and they still can enjoy the sport for a few more years hopefully. Jason is also passionate about his other hobby, fishing the mangroves and channels for snook, redfish, or anything that wants to bite the line.
