Jason Cadwell

Jason was born in Corvallis, grew up in Sweet Home, and graduated from Sweet Home High School. After attending Linn Benton Community College and Oregon State University, he worked for Hewlett Packard. Jason found real estate to be his passion and was licensed in 2001. He worked for The Prudential Real Estate Professionals, then Re/Max Integrity, and in June of 2013 he started his own company - Cadwell Realty Group. A devoted husband to Melodi, and dedicated father to their two daughters Rhianna and Melissa. Jason still finds the time to be an avid Oregon State Beaver fan, Auto Racing Enthusiast, and committed Fisherman. Jason is involved with the Willamette Association of Realtors as a Board Member, and Greater Albany Rotary Member. He also serves as a Chamber member in Albany, Lebanon, and Corvallis. As a teacher at heart, Jason enjoys helping other Realtors to become more successful and is a Certified Expert Advisor with the National Association of Expert Advisors. He is firm believer in continuous education and offers classes for the agents of his firm as well as mentoring.
