I have found that my most successful case outcomes have been achieved through challenging the technical and complex areas of police investigation. Learning exactly how the police should properly handle an investigation and then illustrating for a judge or jury all the shortcomings of a police investigation has been a very productive practice for me and lead to great results for my clients.
