I joined Edward Jones in 2008 for three main reasons: 1) I have a passion for teaching, coaching and ultimately helping others achieve their goals. I love the journey we take together and how much we can learn from one another. 2) I knew that at Edward Jones, I would have the opportunity to pursue this passion in my hometown with the people I truly know and understand and who would truly know and understand me. 3) My faith and my family are the most valued things in my life and at Edward Jones, I would have the freedom to put these things first alongside my clients.Over the years, I have learned so much. I have learned so much about my clients and I have learned so much about myself. I have learned that money is not just money – money is what we can DO with money. I believe that, in order to really be able to serve our clients deeply, I first need to find out what is truly most important to them. What do they want their money to do for them? That's why every first appointment starts with a very simple question that sometimes can be very hard to answer: What is most important to you?Before Edward Jones, I grew up right here in Owensville and graduated from OHS (Go Dutchmen!). After high school, I married my high school sweetheart, Sarah, and we began our life journey together. I graduated from the University of MO - St. Louis and we moved back to the area. We have two children – Roman and Delyla. Sarah stays home and manages the day to day of our household. I am actively involved in the Lions Club, I love coaching my kids' sports teams and I overall enjoy being involved in this wonderful community. I am also currently enrolled at the University of Missouri - Columbia and taking graduate classes towards a master's degree in personal finance. We are also members of the Owensville Christian Church. I enjoy hunting, fishing, archery, bike riding and just about anything else outside.
