Jarod Clark is a Colorado native and lifelong resident of Denver. Fascinated by computers since he was a toddler, Clark founded a web development company called Unleaded Software Inc. while only a high school freshman at Kent Denver School. He interned at the first online real estate website ever built,Colorado Real Estate Online. He enrolled in Colgate University and during his junior year when most of his fellow students were headed off to a semester in Europe, Clark enrolled in Jones Real Estate College in Denver. Newly licensed, he drove around one afternoon studying the homes for sale and concluded that Nostalgic Homes dominated the listings of the older architecture he loved. He got a big break interning under Mark White at Nostalgic Homes, selling five homes before returning for his senior year at Colgate. After graduation, he and his fellow Colgate Beta brother Andrew Klein focused on growing Unleaded Software into a major internet entity. For the past decade, Unleaded Software has built some of the top real estate websites for Colorado Realtors including that of Park Properties Realty where Clark hangs his license under Managing Broker Deb Egelske. Clark is president of Unleaded Group and leads the sales of the firm while selling a substantial amount of real estateresidential and commercial. He is on target to complete his MBA at Colorado University in early 2016. He and his wife spend their spare time enjoying family time with their toddler, remodeling and managing their residential and commercial real estate holdings, and camping in their Airstream.
