LOCAL - Janet has lived in Colorado Springs since 1973 when her Father's Air Force career brought her family. She met her husband Reg, while he was serving in the Army and was stationed at Fort Carson. Together they have two amazing children and two (even more amazing) grandchildren EXPERIENCED - Janet's career in real estate spans more than 30 years beginning in multi-family and commercial property management transitioning to sales when she completed the record-breaking lease up of a large new construction apartment community and realized that sales was much more exciting than management. She is a skilled negotiator with a strong financial and marketing background which gives her a competitive edge over other real estate agents. KNOWLEDGEABLE- Janet is a strong advocate of the military in Colorado Springs and understands the unique blend of people who live and work here.
