Janessa's path to real estate was forged in her early youth. By the time she was 12 years old she had moved a total of six times! Her father was a general contractor who built major projects across Nevada and California and Hawaii. Throughout her adult life she has moved more times than she can even count. This created in Janessa an outgoing personality, a love for change and of course a love for construction and real estate! Janessa bought her first home when she was 22. Since that time she has bought and sold five more houses both in Montana and Nevada. This personal experience has given Janessa insight to what her clients are thinking. A Las Vegas local since 2007, Janessa can truly say that she has finally started to grow deep roots here in the Las Vegas Valley.
