My name is Janay Marshall. I grew up in Visalia and moved to Santa Barbara to attend Westmont where I played Volleyball and ran Track. After graduating in 2001 I moved to San Luis Obispo to complete a Masters in Education in Counseling Guidance from Cal Poly. I then worked several years as a Social Worker, Social Work Supervisor, Elementary Guidance Counselor, and the Director of Childrens Ministries at our last church. My husband is the Director of Education at the Santa Barbara Zoo and is finishing up his PhD in Education from the University of Edinburgh. He also runs a non profit called Impact Edventures that takes groups on service trips around the globe. I am a mom to 3 wonderful kiddos; Aricin-6, Talia-4, and Oliver 2. I am excited about helping people find a house that's the right fit for their family. Over the last 10 years we have bought and sold a duplex, bought a historical home, built a new home, bought a foreclosure that we did an extensive remodel on before selling and have rented. I am detail oriented and task driven, you can count on me to get things done before the deadline is due. I look forward to working with you and help you buy or sell your next home
