Jana Beddingfield was raised in Leon County, Texas. After practicing law in Washington, DC and Florida, she returned home to the Brazos Valley and began developing her civil litigation practice which focuses on a wide range of issues, from business disputes to real estate matters. Jana represents both companies and individuals in cases involving contracts, commercial transactions, construction law, employment law, healthcare law, and real estate law. She represents numerous condominium associations and homeowners associations, providing them with guidance on their governing documents and the various applicable laws. She is also certified by the State Bar of Texas to serve as an attorney ad litem in guardianship cases.
