    the worst ever. anytime you try and get a hold of them they drop the line and never get back to you. i have left them plenty of messages which were never responded to, and all i have asked was that they fax my information to another location...

    The worst!!!! I will never take my daughter to see him again he gave her the WRONG prescription. I took her to another optometrist and she said my daughter didn't even need glasses.

    Very poor customer service. What should have been a well informed easy process has been a disaster, leaving me to pay extra out of pocket due to their lack of communication.
