Today, as Managing Director of KW Commercial Richmond West, he's building an innovative team that blends traditional methods with cutting-edge tech and AI. He's also infusing marketing capabilities into the brokerage, giving agents access to high-impact branding, digital tools, and strategic content to elevate their presence and performance.Jamie also founded UNRAVLit, a creative consultancy, and co-founded AIVA (AI Virginia), a statewide initiative advancing AI education and advocacy.
