Mr. Wilkerson practices in civil litigation and represents both individuals and businesses in a plethora of different matters. Zak has a strong background in agriculture and agricultural law with which he is developing a sophisticated agricultural practice. Prior to joining Ensz & Jester, he gained practical agricultural law experience from the United States Department of Agriculture's Office of General Counsel and the National Agricultural Law Center. Zak is also experienced in cannabis and hemp law--having helped guide an industrial hemp and cannabis operation as part of the Arkansas Hemp Pilot Program. Mr. Wilkerson will utilize his unique legal knowledge and experience in the emerging hemp and cannabis industry to advise and counsel businesses through demanding industry compliance standards.
