He developed a passion for real estate at young age that radiates with his obvious enthusiastic energy brought to every deal. A Marin County native and current San Francisco resident, James possesses hyper-local knowledge, along with an extensive network throughout the Bay Area. James successfully kick-started his real estate career as an Executive Relocation Agent, helping high-level professionals move to the Bay Area. As a Relocation Agent, James partnered with companies including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Uber, Deloitte, Yelp and various others. Since then, James has had the privilege of being an Agent on award-winning real estate teams and mentored by top producing Brokers. While attending Saint Mary's College of California, James studied communications and played Division 1 rugby. James channels his competitive nature to every deal in order to advocate and represent his clients to the highest level. This competitive drive coupled with his excellent communication skills allows James to maintain a clear understanding of his client's goals and needs while exceeding their expectations. In college, James worked alongside the CEO of a digital marketing company where he practiced online strategy development, web analytics and integrative marketing campaigns. His background allows him to best analyze the market while properly marketing properties to be presented in their best light. When James is not in the office, you can find him sailing on the Bay, skiing in Tahoe, watching a Warriors game or spending time with friends and family. James has a true love for the Bay Area and welcomes new and existing residents to share all the aspects this community offers.
