James became a Realtor in 2015. Since then, he has had great success in both selling waterfront properties as well as in his real estate photography business. As a professional real estate photographer, he specializes in Matterport 3D Virtual Tours and Aerial Drone photography. James is an active member of both the St. Lucie and Indian River MLS Boards and the National Notary Association. James speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. James is a native of Long Island, New York. He has traveled the world & lived in New York, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and St. Croix. James earned his B.S.S. degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach and then joined the Air Force Reserves. After 31 years as an Air Traffic Controller with the FAA he retired and has embraced a career in Real Estate. In his spare time, James is an avid boater, pilot and loves to play golf. He enjoys motorcycle adventures with his friends. He currently lives in St. Lucie Village with his lovely wife and 2 children.
