I was a career military member when I bought my first rental property. My wife and I purchased a four unit apartment building, living in one unit while renting the other three. After sucess with the first property, I bought houses and fixed them up during the day while working on base at night. I decided to pursue real estate full time and finished my 10th year of active duty. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1999, only to become a better investor. I soon started selling new construction and realized I was good at helping people choose a home. I am now a father of four, full time licensed Realtor, and investor.
