Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Martin spent five years representing injured individuals in workers' compensation matters, demonstrating his dedication to advocating for the rights of those in need. Prior to that, he served as a Staff Attorney for the Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims, gaining invaluable insights into the regulatory aspects of workers' compensation law. Additionally, he previous experience representing employers in workers' compensation claims provides him with a comprehensive perspective, having worked on both sides of these legal issues. Outside of his legal practice, James cherishes spending time with his family.
