James Drader CDPE has been actively involved in the Northwest Indiana Business Community for over 20 years. He graduated in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and began his commercial banking career in Lafayette, IN. Relocating to Northwest Indiana in 1993 he was a commercial lender with various banking institutions and helped small businesses reach their goals and dreams by providing financing for all their needs. As a small business general manager he knows what it takes to meet the financial and corporate obligations of a small business and making every dollar count. He joined Century 21 Alliance Group in 2005 to utilize the skills and knowledge developed over the past twenty years to provide professional and reliable service. James lives in Valparaiso with his wife and their three daughters. He is actively involved with several organizations in Northwest, Indiana. He is the Executive Director of the New Creation Mens Center , past President of Junior Achievement of Northwest Indiana, a board member of the Chicago Street Theatre , and a trustee at Valparaiso Mennonite Church . In his spare time he enjoys fishing, playing softball, golf, basketball, and spending time outdoors with his family.
