A South Carolina real estate expert. I and my team cover the entire state of SC. With team leaders in all major markets of the state I can provide my expertise in all things real estate for my clients throughout almost all of SC. My first 13 years in real estate were in mortgage financing eventually founding, managing, and growing a wholesale mortgage firm from 2002- 2007 with over $400M in closed business 13 associates. I wanted to make sure I could be the most comprehensive Realtor possible, so in 2009 I got my property insurance license and wrote home insurances for 2 years. Being a real estate investor I have renovated flipped my own properties so my understanding of construction renovation has been honed greatly allowing me to understand the nuances of home construction. Currently, I have 3 associate team members that help me service my clients in all the major markets of SC from Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, Myrtle Beach.
