Jim is a real estate attorney and broker with 31 years and millions of dollars of real estate transactional experience. He graduated valedictorian of his law school class, attended Harvard University's Graduate Management Program and MIT's computer science and philosophy programs. He served on the Petersham Zoning Board for 12 years and wrote the Petersham Affordable Housing Plan (approved by the Mass. HUD). He also authored/edited the Massachusetts Corporate Law and Uniform Commercial Code publications for Thompson Reuters/Practical Law. Annette is a marketing and design professional who was educated at Harvard, Massachusetts College of Art, and Fitchburg State University. Her design and promotional pieces are nationally recognized, including as a recipient of the Gold Ink Award for Best Catalog in the US for the Keds Corporation. She also founded and chaired a graphic design department at the college level and applies her talents as a real estate agent in both Massachusetts and Florida.
